We do not maintain ready-to-ship inventory; every gown is individually designed and crafted.
- What does “Final Sale” mean?
“Final Sale” signifies:
Each order constitutes a unique, independent custom project.
Once the design is confirmed and production begins, the purchase is considered finalized.
Cancellations and refunds are not supported (except in cases of quality defects).
This is a standard practice within the high-end custom fashion industry.
- Are refunds available?
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Production has already commenced.
The design plan has been confirmed.
Issues unrelated to quality (e.g., simply disliking the item or changing one’s mind).
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
Significant manufacturing defects.
Incorrect style received, or a severe discrepancy from the confirmed design.
- How long is the production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is:
7–20 business days (depending on the complexity of the design).
Gowns featuring intricate hand embroidery or complex designs may require a longer production period.
- Can I request size modifications?
Before production begins:

After production is complete:
