- Explanation of One-Time Custom Orders (Important)
All orders placed with us are classified as:

An order is deemed officially effective and binding once it enters any of the following stages:
Confirmation of the design proposal
Completion of fabric procurement
Commencement of cutting or production
❗ Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Supported:
The client subjectively dislikes the finished product
Minor discrepancies in measurements (due to incorrect data provided by the client)
Change of mind or no longer needing the item
Refund requests submitted after the designated time limit has expired
Orders that have already entered the production phase
- Situations Eligible for Refunds/Resolution
Requests for resolution may be submitted under the following circumstances:
Significant issues regarding production quality
Incorrect style delivered, or a severe discrepancy from the confirmed design
Major workmanship defects that hinder normal wearability
Depending on the specific situation, we will offer:
Free alterations/modifications
Partial reconstruction of the garment
Or a mutually agreed-upon refund arrangement

Once confirmed, we will arrange a resolution
